Hike in Sedona

We went for a hike in Sedona today with another family from our church. It's amazing how 50 degrees feels when it's February!

Gavin's Basketball

Gavin's learning a lot this season in basketball. He's getting a better understanding of the game and has developed more confidence along the way too. He made one basket in tonight's game, and he's got a couple more games left this season. It's fun to watch him play. Now I have a better idea of what specifically to work with him on this summer to help him prepare for next year.

Cross Country Skiing

Gavin and I got a chance to do some cross country skiing last night. It was Gavin's friend's birthday party and his dad wanted it to be a father/son party. It was fun! Sounds like we might have a connection to do some downhill skiing for free next weekend too. There's a ski resort with about 45 runs down a mountain in town but we haven't had the money to afford it. It's nice to have friends with connections. Here's a few pictures from last night.
