Liger

Aubri asked me what my favorite animal was, and I responded in a Napoleon Dynamite sort of way, "Well, a liger is pretty much my favorite animal." She wondered what it was and I explained that it's a mix between a lion and a tiger. She then drew me a liger. This was about a month ago and I just saw it hanging in Aubri's room and it make me chuckle and inspired this short blog.

Extreme Sledding!

We got dumped on today in Flagstaff. We're supposed to get close to 20" of snow; I think there's at least a foot out there right now. We decided to take the kids sledding today about a mile from our place. It was a little bumpy and the kids took some spills. Some of it was captured on video:

We finally got some snow around here last night. It's starting to warm up though so it might be gone by Christmas... hopefully not.
