Some Close Calls

If I could have a drum roll to start these out please.....:)

You know God's in control when:

1. You are grabbing some clothes from the main level to bring upstairs when you get this sudden urge from God to sprint upstairs to find...your two kids and the neighbor boy hanging half way out the window because your son decided to lift the screen off.
(I do have to the child locks on now but I know it's a matter of days before they figure those out too).

2. You walk into the kitchen and find that your two year old has downed a third of a bottle of children's motrin .
(Seriously, she was alone for 10 seconds!!! She climbed up onto the counter, opened the childproof locked door and opened the bottle without any problems!)

3. You put some towels in the hallway closet and walk into the living room to find that your two year old has carried your baby out onto the cement steps and the door is just open enough so that Micah could get his fingers caught in it again. (Thank goodness he didn't get dropped on his head either).

The Lord is so watching out for our children. Zac and I wonder if there is a break in store for the future. It seems like every day is so hard, so exhausting. We absolutely love our children and their curiosity but wow...we are so tired! Just when we thought the Lord sent us a mellow one we are unexpectedly shown...ahhh no he didn't. Micah is climbing steps and starting to walk earlier than the other two did. However, we know that the Lord only gives us what we can handle.
