Scott and Linda Spears (Sara's dad and step-mom) came to visit us last weekend. The weather was amazing, which was good timing in contrast to the freezing and snowy weather they left in Minnesota. I was able to pick them and Sara up from the Phoenix airport that Friday and we spent the remainder of the day down there. I'm not sure what the official temperature was, but it felt like somewhere in the mid 70's.
Saturday we went to Sedona together, and on Sunday Scott and Linda went to see the Grand Canyon after the first service at church. The rest of us had to be at the other two services because it was the kid's Christmas program. It all came together nicely despite the disastrous dress rehearsals.
